Sponsors and exhibitors at our conferences have the opportunity to meet and form partnerships with delegates on a formal and informal basis in a relaxed and professional atmosphere.

You will be able to select which delegates you would like to meet with in a series of prearranged one to one meetings held during break out sessions from the main conference agenda. In order to assist you with your choices, ten days before the conference we will provide you with profiles of all attending delegates and once you have made your choices we will combine this with delegate choices to provide you with a meetings schedule for the conference. Our conference team will be available at the sessions to ensure all your meetings take place on time.

There will be further social networking opportunities during refreshment and lunch breaks held in our exhibition area and at cocktail receptions and gala dinners.
